MyPAO platform is a comprehensive planning and intra-op verification system consisting of:
 
  • A detailed CT-based pre-operative planning report with the main parameters to allow you to simulate and verify the intended correction before surgery.
  • Patient-specific realignment guides tailored to each patient’s unique anatomy, designed to translate the surgical plan directly to the operating room, supporting precise execution of the planned correction. 3D pre-op and post-op bone models are provided as upon request.
  • Cortical screws for stable fixation of the reoriented acetabular fragment following periacetabular osteotomy.

MyPAO - Workflow
Starting from the 3D reconstruction of the joint and following the surgeon preferences, the MyPAO preoperative planning is performed. Once the preoperative planning has been confirmed by the surgeon, patient-specific guides and/or bone models are manufactured in-house.
