The FairFix Adjustable button is a soft tissue re-fixation implant constituted by a titanium cortical button pre-assembled with a UHMWPE suture loop, which significantly reduces micromotion at the graft–bone interface. It is available in multiple configurations to address multiple graft sources (i.e. looped and non-looped graft) and surgical preferences (loop shortening via the extracortical side or the anterior portal). All the implants are provided on a dedicated carrier which assits the graft implant connection and for properly managing the sutures. Dedicated accessory extenders, of various shape and sizes, are available to enlarge the implant footprint as desired.
